If I had a membership for VeloGo in 2017, is my membership transferred to 2018?
If you are a member from 2017 and have existing credit with us we have applied that to the new HOPR system. To access your credit download the HOPR app and sign up with the same phone number and email address that you did before. After you download the app and sign in you will have access to credit in your Wallet that you can find in the menu.
What happens to the days remaining on my membership from 2017?
If you had a monthly membership with credit remaining from 2017, you are eligible for a credit transfer and if you have signed up for the HOPR app with your same phone number and email address you can access your credit in your Wallet. If you did not receive an email nor access to your credit, please reach out to us at info@velogo.ca.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
If you no longer want to receive promotional emails from VeloGO, please click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of a VeloGO email. Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from important servicing emails about your VeloGO account.
How do I login to my VeloGO account?
Simply open the app, enter your email/phone number, and then enter the verification code sent to your phone via text message. (same process as signing up the first time)
I noticed VeloGO operates seasonally. Will my credits carry over between seasons?
Yes.

For example, if you purchased a Monthly Pass and had 15 days remaining when VeloGO closed for the winter, you will start the new season with 15 days of remaining credit the following season. You can access your credit through the HOPR Transit App when you sign in with the same email address and phone number that was linked to your account the previous year.

How do I delete my account?
Delete your account by navigating to the Settings screen.
How do I update my payment information?
Visit your Wallet in the HOPR Transit App and select your credit card to navigate to the payment panel. You can also access the panel when you are making a reservation.
Where can I view my billing history and usage information?
You can check your payment history by navigating to Wallet through the main menu of the HOPR app.
