How can I (What is the best way to) report an issue with a bike?
If you notice your bike needs to be repaired, please report an issue in the HOPR Transit App.

To report an issue:
1. Navigate to to the main menu.
2. Select “”Help”” .
3. Select “”Report an Issue””.
4. Identify the bike by entering the bike ID or scaning the QR code.
5. Check off affected features, enter a comment, or add a photo.
