Is there a security deposit required for membership?
No, there is no security deposit. But you must keep an active credit card on file for usage charges.
What happens if a bike is lost/stolen/damaged while under my care?
If a bike is lost/ stolen/ damaged during your ride you may be charged up to $1,000. See Terms & Conditions.
What is the Wallet?
Your Wallet in the HOPR app is where you can view your payment history, see your riding credit, view active passes, and make purchases.
How do I update my payment information?
Visit your Wallet in the HOPR Transt App and select your credit card to navigate to the payment panel. You can also access the payment panel when you are making a reservation.
Where can I view my billing history and usage information?
You can check your payment history by navigating to Wallet through the main menu of the HOPR Transit App.
