How much does HOPR cost?
HOPR has multiple plan options, refer to your local system for pricing details.
Will I get charged if I don’t park within the HOPR Ponds (designated parking areas)?

I was charged more than I was expecting, why?
If you noticed extra fees on your account, it’s likely from taking a ride longer than your Pass’ allotted ride time.

How do I know if I was charged an overage fee?
You can check your payment history by navigating to Wallet through the main menu.
What happens if I go over my HOPR Pass' time limit?
If your trip is longer than the time included with your pass, you may be subject to additional fees. Please refer to your local system for details on overage charges.
Will I get charged if I don’t park within a HOPR Pond (designated parking area)?
If you end a ride outside of a HOPR Pond (designated parking areas), you may be subject to additional fees. Please refer to your local system for details on “Out-of-Hub” fees.

If you noticed extra fees on your account, you may have incurred one of the following charges:

– Overage Fee: a fee incurred when you exceed your ride time limit.
– Out-of-Hub Fee: a fee incurred when you park outside of a HOPR Pond.
– Out-of-System Fee: a fee incurred when you park outside of the HOPR system area.
– Restricted Zone fee: a fee incurred when you park in an area where bikes are not permitted.

Is there a security deposit required for membership?
No, there is no security deposit. But you must keep an active credit card on file for usage charges.
What happens if a bike is lost/stolen/damaged while under my care?
If a bike is lost/ stolen/ damaged during your ride you may be charged up to $1,000. See Terms & Conditions.
What is the Wallet?
Your Wallet in the HOPR app is where you can view your payment history, see your riding credit, view active passes, and make purchases.
